At the initial session please bring the intake form.  The initial session is 1 hour.  We will spend the first 10 minutes going over logistics and then begin to explore what brought you into therapy.  Moving forward the sessions are 50 minutes.  

I do not accept insurance but am happy to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.  I encourage you to check with your insurance company to see what they reimburse for “out of network” services. I accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.
